Margo received her diploma in nursing from Coe College and St. Luke's School of Nursing in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Prior to joining Emergency Practice Associates in 1984, she practiced as a staff nurse in a variety of clinical settings and as Assistant Director of Nursing managing the Emergency and Trauma Center.

Margo currently serves as the Executive Director of the Iowa Chapter of ACEP. Her expertise lies in her extensive experience in administration and management.
